3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Not be a resident of jurisdictions subject to FATF or EU/UN sanctions
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

4. Account Registration and Security

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Minimum trading days requirements
• Consistency requirements for profit distribution

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform are owned by Easy Funding and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the trading system
• Share account credentials with third parties
• Use automated trading software without authorization
• Engage in any form of market manipulation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• All accounts are demo accounts in a simulated environment

• No investment advice is provided through our services
• Trading involves risk and may not be suitable for all participants

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Funding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.
